Yin Yoga with Taimy
Explore the deep connective tissues of the body by expanding the flexibility through gentle poses and slow movements guided by prana/the breath. Gentle, slow, meditative, the asanas/poses are held for several minutes while there is no engagement of the muscles being used. Yin is a meditative and passive style of yoga.
Weekly Classes offered at only $15 per class.
Our classes are very beginner friendly & all levels are welcome.
Our teachers are amazingly skilled, professional & adaptable to fit your needs.
We keep our classes small for a private, comfortable setting.
If you're new to yoga, or just don’t have a mat on you it’s okay, we have plenty of mats available for you to borrow or buy.
